What is Nomad Nation LLC’s Return Policy?


Items purchased from Nomad Nation LLC’s online shop may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment. Notation: Custom glove orders are final and cannot be returned.


Additional guidelines when making a return:


  • Returned item(s) must be in new, unused condition.
  • Item(s) must be packed in a box and returned; it must be sent back in the same manner in which it was shipped.
  • In order to process your return, a copy of the receipt and the return item is necessary.

 

Can I cancel or modify my custom order after it is placed?


Once your order is placed, the process of crafting your custom glove, for instance, which is built to your specifications, is begun, given the need for a quick turnaround time. To that end, modifications and cancellations to your customer designs will not be allowed.


The responsibility of the party who is ordering: 

Please review your order and confirm that it is correct, prior to submitting your payment to us. Your Nomad Nation LLC custom glove is designed for you; we cannot accept returns or refunds of custom gloves. If you are not satisfied with the product, and your dissatisfaction is not due to our error, a refund cannot be made on a custom product if the quality is due to such things as typographical error, incorrect grammar, misspelled words or name, unfinished text or other material provided by the party who is ordering.
 
What if we are dissatisfied with the choice of design or creative choices?


Please ensure that you are satisfied with the color combinations, as well as the overall layout of your products before submitting your order. Nomad Nation LLC Gloves reserves the right to reject designs dealing with profanity or offensive content.

 

Can I return a product that is customized?


Nomad Nation LLC builds this product to your customized specifications. Due to this fact and time requirements, we cannot accept returns.

 

What happens if my custom product is damaged or defective?


If your order arrives and is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Nomad Nation LLC will be happy to replace the damaged or defective item.

Please contact Nomad Nation LLC within seven (7) days of receiving your item to report a damaged or defective product. You will need to return the damaged product before Nomad Nation LLC can replace it.
