HERE IS HOW ORDERING DYE SUBLIMATION WORKS

  1. Getting Started - Click the " Custom Appeal Get Started" button, and fill out the form. Please Keep in mind if you chose to use neon colors the price goes up $5 per Item.
  2. Art/Design - We take the information from the form and create an amazing design. Please keep in mind we do offer free art work. We try and limit that to one design with 2-4 changes. However, if too many changes or a redesign we may make a judgement call and ask for a $75 deposit, which will go towards the order if placed. Otherwise, this deposit is non refundable.
  3. Proofing - Within a day or two you will receive a proof in your email. You can approve the proof or send it back with changes. Be sure to write all your changes in the email. Proof has to be approved to move forward, once the art is approved.
  4. Invoicing - Once the Team Sheets are submitted, we will generate an invoice from that team sheet(s). We require payment in full before production starts. Please let us know if there is shipping involved.
  5. Production - Once your payment is received your job goes into production within 24 hours. Production time on dye sublimated apparel and gloves is around 4 weeks. We do offer rush fees; $3 per Item ordered.
  6. Pick Up/Shipping - You will receive an email or phone call when your order is ready for pick up. If you require shipping, once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Unlike Dye Sublimation where we cut, sew and manufacture your apparel,

you have an unlimited range of apparel to chose from when screen printing

and embroidering. Sizing depends on the brand of apparel you choose.
